Split out from the Facebook Lead Funnel Dashboard — Call 1/Call 2 conversion tracking and proposals by sales rep.

Lead Conversion Data

Show notes
  • Process: lead comes in → booked (system or rep) → Call 1 → Call 2. Zoho doesn't track Call 2 directly, so a lead is assumed to have attended Call 2 if a proposal was created for them.
  • Every booked lead counts toward Call 1, including edge cases: 7 "No Attachment" leads (5 now attributed to a rep, 2 stay "Not Attributed"), 5 leads confirmed with real Canceled/No Show meetings, and 6 leads added on Cassie's direct assumption with no booking evidence at all.
  • Filter by sales rep, meeting status, booked-via, and/or proposal status — every total and % below recalculates. Click a month, then a rep, to drill into individual leads.

We don't track Call 2 attendance directly in Zoho, so per process: leads come in → booked in the system or booked by the sales rep → Call 1 → Call 2 is scheduled but not tracked. Per Cassie's direction, every booked lead counts toward Call 1 here — including 7 "No Attachment" leads (booked, but with no meeting record we could find) — and a lead is assumed to have attended Call 2 if a proposal was created for them. 5 of those 7 are now attributed to a rep via Lead Owner (see below); the remaining 2, owned by non-rep placeholder "Jenni Mize," stay under "Not Attributed." (5 leads in this original group of 12 — Robert Crouch, Toheed Bhatti, Daryl Knoerdel, Jamey Nehring's March booking, and Daniel Alejandra — are confirmed to have real Canceled or No Show meetings, so they're counted as normal resolved meetings, not "No Attachment.") Also includes Dale Erridge (Lia Ivanov), Melissa Reeves (Elizabeth Doutherd), Beverly O'Connor-Griffin (Annmarie Kehle), Jon Noceda (Elizabeth Doutherd), Gina Willis (Elizabeth Doutherd), and Kevin Anderson (Lia Ivanov) — 6 leads with no booking or meeting evidence at all, added here purely on Cassie's direct assumption that they were booked by the sales rep and attended Call 1. Filter by sales rep (or "Not Attributed"), attendance status, how the call was booked (In System / Sales Rep), and/or proposal status — every total and percentage in the table below recalculates for whatever combination of filters is active. Proposal Status matches a lead if any of their proposals has that stage. Then click a month to see the rep breakdown, and a rep to see the individual leads.

Active Leads by Rep (current pipeline snapshot, not historical)

Who currently owns each Facebook lead right now, from the "Leads Created" export, scoped to this dashboard's own Jan 1 – Jul 28, 2026 report window and trimmed to exactly 1,325 leads to match the Total Leads (Facebook) figure elsewhere on this page (the raw export had 1,326 in-scope leads; the single latest one, created 7/28 at 6:01 PM, was excluded). In Zoho, a lead's owner gets reassigned to "Jenni Mize" (intake/admin) once it's no longer active, so this is a live pipeline snapshot, not a record of who generated or booked the lead historically. Filter by the month the lead was created to see how many of that month's leads are still assigned to each rep today.

Show notes
  • Total Leads (Facebook): all Facebook leads generated that month (1,325 total); doesn't respond to any filters (no per-lead data at this level).
  • Total Meetings: every booked lead that month, any attendance status.
  • Lead → Meeting %: Total Meetings ÷ Total Leads (Facebook) — anchored to the unfiltered lead count, so filters only narrow the numerator.
  • Call 1 Attended / Show Rate %: narrows Total Meetings to just "Attended" status.
  • Call 2 Attended (Assumed): per-lead yes/no based on at least one proposal — an assumption, not a tracked status.
  • Call 1 → Call 2 %: Call 2 Attended ÷ Call 1 Attended (directional, not exact).
  • Total Proposals Sent: full proposal universe for the month (37 total), filterable by sales rep.
  • Win Rate: Closed Won ÷ Total Proposals Sent, within whatever proposal population the filters above have narrowed to.
  • Total Amount: sum of dollar value ($ Billed Annually) across every proposal counted in Total Proposals Sent that month.
  • In System / Sales Rep: split of Total Meetings by original booking method, cross-referenced by name; a few conflicts were resolved by Created Time matching or direct confirmation from Cassie.

"Total Leads (Facebook)" is every Facebook lead generated that month (1,325 total, Jan – Jul 2026), regardless of whether they ever booked a call — a much broader pool than the columns to its right. It does NOT respond to any of the filters above, since this is a coarse monthly rollup with no per-lead rep/status/booking data to filter by. "Total Meetings" is every booked lead that month, counted as Call 1 regardless of recorded attendance status (Attended/No Show/Canceled/Upcoming/No Attachment). "Lead → Meeting %" = Total Meetings ÷ Total Leads (Facebook), i.e. what share of that month’s Facebook leads ever got a call booked at all. It’s anchored to the unfiltered Total Leads (Facebook) figure, so only its numerator (Total Meetings) narrows when you apply the Sales Rep/Meeting Status/Booked Via/Proposal Status filters — treat filtered views of this rate as directional. "Call 1 Attended" and "Call 1 Show Rate %" narrow that down to leads with a recorded "Attended" status specifically. "Call 2 Attended" is a per-lead yes/no (at least one proposal), not a proposal count. "Call 1 → Call 2 %" = Call 2 Attended ÷ Call 1 Attended, so it measures conversion among leads who actually showed up to Call 1 — not the full Total Meetings pool. This is an assumption, not a directly tracked status, so treat it as directional rather than exact. "Total Proposals Sent" is the full proposal universe for that month (37 total, proposal-level) and responds to the Sales Rep filter above like the other columns. "Win Rate" = Closed Won ÷ Total Proposals Sent, computed within whatever proposal population the Sales Rep/Booked Via/Proposal Status filters have already narrowed to — filtering to a single non-Won status will show 0% by design. "Total Amount" is the sum of dollar value (Sum of Billed Annually) across every proposal counted in that month’s Total Proposals Sent figure, so it moves together with that column under the same filters. "In System / Sales Rep" is a count split of Total Meetings by how the call was originally booked — "FB Calendly Appt" = Yes (In System) vs. a rep booking it directly (Sales Rep) — cross-referenced by name against the Leads Created export. A handful of shared names had conflicting records in that export; those were resolved by matching each record's Created Time to the lead's actual meeting month, and the last few directly confirmed per Cassie.

Proposals by Sales Rep & Status

Every proposal created in the period (all 37, full source export), broken down by sales rep and outcome, with dollar value (Sum of Billed Annually) and win rate. All 37 are now attributed to a rep — most via meeting record or Lead Owner, and the last 2 (Dale Erridge, Melissa Reeves) via Proposal Owner per Cassie's direct correction. Bar length is proposal count; hover a segment for its status and dollar value. Win rate (shown per rep and as a grand total) is Closed Won ÷ all proposals for that rep in the selected month(s), independent of the status filter below so it stays meaningful even when you're viewing a single status. Filter by proposal status and/or the month the proposal itself was created.

Show notes
  • Month = when the proposal was created, not the lead's meeting month (different basis than the table above).
  • 10 proposals were originally unattributed by meeting record; 8 were matched to a rep via Lead Owner in the Leads and Proposals export.
  • The last 2 (Dale Erridge, Melissa Reeves) were confirmed directly by Cassie via Proposal Owner — all 37 proposals are now attributed.

Month here is when the proposal itself was created — not the month of the lead's meeting, which is how the table above attributes things. Of the 10 proposals originally unattributed by meeting record, 8 (from Beverly O'Connor-Griffin, Wendy Rose x2, Randy Leibenson, Lance Mueller, Jon Noceda, Gina Willis, and Kevin Anderson) were matched to a rep via Lead Owner in "LEADS AND PROPOSALS.xlsx." The last 2 — Dale Erridge and Melissa Reeves — had "Jenni Mize" (non-rep/admin placeholder) as Lead Owner there, but per Cassie's direct correction their Proposal Owner is Lia Ivanov and Elizabeth Doutherd respectively, so all 37 are now attributed.
